BIO: Shad Balch is General Motor’s Assistant Manager of Environment, Energy & Policy, based in Thousand Oaks. He is involved in engaging stakeholders to advance environmental initiatives and managing regional communications for General Motors electric, hybrid and fuel-cell vehicles, including the Chevrolet Volt. He works with federal, state and local officials to get cities “Plug-In Ready”.
