General Tips
Use the highest content recycled paper available to meet your quality needs. Set your printers to copy on both sides by default. Switch to digital on demand printing so that you can print what you need when you need it.
UCLA Document Services is a digital print shop where we can store your files and print on demand. No longer will brochures have outdated information, causing waste, as now you will print as needed and update at will. In addition, we can assist you in converting documents from hard copy into electronic databases to improve productivity and document management. Lastly, use electronic forms and electronic communication whenever viable.
