Travis explores the progress and success in tackling water challenges in the United States by featuring people and projects advancing sustainability and equity in water.  \nThe Emerging Leader Award is dedicated to celebrating and advancing mid-level professionals from backgrounds and identities under-represented in the water utility space\, who are poised to take on leadership positions in the coming years. DESCRIPTION:Wage inequality in the United States has increased dramatically over the past 40 years\, but historic new investments in climate and clean energy in recent federal legislation provide a significant opportunity to create high-quality jobs with strong labor standards. The Biden administration has also issued executive orders to encourage high-road labor standards on federally funded climate and clean energy projects. \nIn this webinar\, EFI Foundation CEO Ernest J.
