DESCRIPTION:Join the 39th California Coastal Cleanup Day\, the state’s largest annual volunteer event! It’s a chance for everyone in our state\, no matter where they live. The timing of the event is intentional\, aiming to clear away debris and litter before the rainy season\, ensuring pollutants don’t end up in our local waterways and the ocean.   \nThis year\, there are more than 60+ cleanup sites throughout L.A. County. Sign up for one of Heal the Bay’s 30 public sites! \nREGISTER HERE \nThis event is a great opportunity to facilitate team bonding and give back to the community you do business in. Whether you choose a beach or an inland waterway\, official cleanup sites are staffed by volunteers who provide everything you need to participate including bags\, gloves\, and data collection sheets. \nFor more information and to find a cleanup location near you\, check out the California Coastal Commission’s website here.
