SUMMARY:Climate Justice and Climate Litigation in the US and the EU: Comparative Perspectives
DESCRIPTION:Courts in the US and EU are being asked to adjudicate cases related to climate change. Some of the challenges to address a cross-border issue like global warming are the same on both sides of the pond. But differences between judicial systems mean that US and European courts also face their own unique challenges.
