DESCRIPTION:Superfish: Salmon is a visually stunning documentary that takes audiences on a journey into the life of wild salmon. The film follows pioneering marine biologist and Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Rick Rosenthal as he embarks on a global journey to document the resilience\, ecological necessity and existential threats facing wild salmon populations. \nThe screening will be followed by a panel discussion with Jennifer Kemmerly\, Vice President of Global Ocean Conservation at Monterey Bay Aquarium; Stephen Hohenrieder\, CEO of Grounded Capital\, investors in sustainable food systems; Curtis Knight\, Executive Director of Cal Trout; Michael Cimarusti\, Chef and co-owner of Michelin-starred Providence restaurant; and director Rick Rosenthal. \nREGISTER FOR SCREENING HERE \n* RSVP does not guarantee entry if event reaches capacity.
