DESCRIPTION:Sustainable Works is partnering with American Cinematheque to present a series of compelling environmental documentaries at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica. \n\n\n  \n\n\nEach film will be followed by a panel discussion with experts in the field who can expand on the issues raised in the film and answer questions from the audience. \n\n\n  \n\n\nThe premiere film will be Last Call at the Oasis\, a critically acclaimed documentary about the world’s water crisis\, featuring Erin Brockovich. Panel discussion moderated by Josh Rubenstein\, chief meteorologist for KCBS and KCAL will follow the screening. \nThe panelist will include: Mark Gold\, Associate Director at the Institute of the Environment & Sustainability UCLA\, David Nahai\, partner in the law firm of Lewis\, Brisbois\, Bisgaard & Smith. She will be speaking on collaboration for environmental change and economic success and her experiences in environmental philanthropy.
