EARTH DAY: Volunteering at Sage Hill

Celebrate Earth Day 2018 by volunteering at Sage Hill, the UCLA campus’s only nature reserve! Help plant California native plants, take part in ongoing restoration efforts, and enjoy spending Earth Day outside. Each volunteer will get a chance to plant their very own California Poppy (our state flower!).
Explore the natural beauty of Sage Hill, check out the blooming wildflowers, and search for the elusive woodrat. Professor Gillespie will be leading native plant tours, don’t miss out!
Wear clothes you aren’t afraid to get dirty, and closed-toe shoes. Bring water! Snacks will be provided.
