In this month’s GRID Talk, we close out Latinx Heritage Month by discussing what people-first solutions are needed to ensure a clean energy future that is equitable and sustainable for Latinx families and individuals.
With last year’s passing of the Inflation Reduction Act, $500 billion in new spending and tax breaks aim to boost clean energy projects and incentives across the US. GRID Talks will host a panel of Latinx leaders working in environmental justice to discuss how Latinx communities can benefit from this historical bill and what steps and actions are needed to execute community-first solutions.
