Jim Newton, veteran journalist and Blueprint editor, will lead a discussion with Professor Michael Lens, Professor Gary Segura and Zev Yaroslavsky to give an insightful perspective on:

- Charter Amendment DD — Independent Redistricting Commission for the City of Los Angeles
